I love Michael's

I have always loved craft stores. Craft warehouse in Yakima. Porter's in Rexburg. Hobby Lobby and Michael's here in Norman. And of course there's JoAnn Fabrics. I made the right choice/mistake of signing up for Michael's emails and Rewards card and they can't stop sending me awesome coupons that I can combine with awesome sales! So...I've been spending my hard earned money on home decor, craft supplies and children's toys lately. The hexagon shadow box was something that spoke to me, and the frame has a sneak peak of a family photo shoot that we did recently.

 Besides Paw Patrol, Todd likes Thomas the Train right now. So, I made him Thomas out of cardboard.

This is what happened when I let Todd play with a bowl of flour while I made muffins. It was fun, but messy. After making blueberry muffins, I was going to make strawberry ones, but instead I cleaned up the mess! I can't believe how much raw flour he ate!

Bathe, Slide, Bed

 We moved the slide from the kid's room into the family room for a couple of days. It's nice that after a year they still have fun giggling and sliding down.

 We put some glow in the dark stars along the side and temporarily have this paper hanging underneath.

 Skyler braided Claire's hair and combed Todd's hair into the middle after baths.

 I think it's funny when kids discover that they can put their hands in their pockets. Todd went down the slide with his hand in his pocket!
