Happy Father's Day and Summer

Going to the dentist is a super positive experience for Claire, and no cavities!
Exploring a park, and it has canopies so we don't fry

 Julie is holding Todd's pinky

Todd used to have tummy time at my feet like this. Now he's so long!
Julie looks so chubby in this picture
Father's Day. The kids helped my wrap his gifts and could hardly wait for him to open them. Ties and chips, oh yeah.

The turtles at the library were snuggling!

Bringing groceries in, one truck load at a time
Who knew snowgies could help out with piano posture!
Julie took a nap before we went to do a patriotic themed family photo shoot

On our way to the photo shoot. This is a good example of how red the dirt is here.

 We love puzzles!
Todd and Claire overstimulated Julie right before nap time with all of the baby toys in our house
Often wiggling. She discovered her hands this week and is starting to grasp things
We put holes in milk jugs to make watering cans for the kids

A boy with his blanket and cars. Claire and Todd will play with cars for hours

Chilling while Skyler does choir rehearsal. They're learning a patriotic song.
 Julie found Claire's hair.

A week of play

Skyler tried out a spring pan recipe  for the first time, with apples and yummy crumbly stuff on top!

 Playing dress up
For four days we had one of our friends over all day! We took this as an opportunity to play, play, play! The kids enjoyed dressing up, a tea party, face paint, a fort, a picnic inside, our water table and painting the fence with sponges outside, chalk, watching a movie, eating ice cream and little treats, reading books, making Moana cork boats, and playing with toys inside.

Todd face painted his arm and then pretended that he could shoot fireballs from his fist
This reminded me of a picture of my brother and I playing Barbies when we were little

We made a ramp by putting books under this board and the kids love testing cars on it

Our wildflowers are growing and we have one tomato plant and one green onion
On our last day of play, we ate Neapolitan ice cream outside. Here Todd is pointing out an airplane
 My cute little boy!

I enjoyed watching Claire doing a craft while she was dressed like Rapunzel
