What a little person does

 One night Claire was standing in her crib watching Skyler and me and she just started vibrating her lips and laughing; it was cute.

 I thought it was cute that she fell asleep like this, sucking on her bottom lip and her head tilted up a little.

 Claire got a BYU-Idaho Baby top for free (alumni perks-oh yeah!)

 Sometimes she'll use my pants to pull herself up onto her knees.

 She can pull herself up to a standing position, but is still really cautious when doing it.

 This is me reorganizing and de-junking. Thankfully she doesn't put stuff into her mouth!

 She's pointing at me in this picture. Sometimes she'll point or reach for me or Skyler.

 Isn't she such a little person? Look at those little pants! So cute!

 This is what Skyler experimenting in the kitchen for a class looks like.

 Claire enjoyed getting into our receipts. Thankfully they were last year's. I put some DVDs in the laundry basket for her to play with, but the paper was more fun.

 I set my baby toy from when I was little next to her in her crib when she was sitting like this and thought the picture turned out cute.

Claire Bear on the Move!

 It is now common to find Claire sitting up on her own.

 Dad loves it when she's comfortable enough to fall asleep with him.

 This is where Claire sits to eat. I finally got to make and freeze my own baby food and it felt great!

 We have to put the bars up on Claire's crib now. It's cute when she's on her knees and peeks over the edge.

 Claire helped me take her clean laundry out of the basket (thankfully it wasn't folded).

 She was not happy when I was in the kitchen and so she stood up on her own!

 She can pull herself into a standing position!

 She was pulling the top of the laptop down when Skyler was trying to work.

 We think that she's understanding and practicing waving more and more.

 She army crawls under the chair sometimes. Baby tunnel!

Why I'm glad church doesn't start until 1 pm

We're back!

We were in Washington for almost a whole month and it was one big party! I knew I wasn't going to be the only one with a camera and I didn't want to be taking pictures the whole time, so I didn't end up having a lot by the end of the trip. Thanks everyone for having us and for making it such an awesome vacation!

 My Mom and I made lavender bath salts. We did many fun things this Christmas, but I only got a picture of us doing this.

After we got home I had all of her toys in her swing and some things I still needed to unpack in bags and boxes and she enjoyed pulling them out. I didn't mind, but I thought she looked funny in this picture, like she's innocent of making the big mess around her.
