New Years and Natural History

Happy 2016! New Years Eve we cooked bacon to eat on our baked potatoes, and then were surprised by a friend that brought us ribs! Meat all around. Then we brought our mattresses out to the family room and watched Rango. Before we got settled into watching the movie, the kids loved playing on the beds. Todd sleepily got up a few times, but collectively I think we all got a fair amount of sleep.

 This was Todd's first time going through without being in the stroller. I was running around the whole time and picking him up to redirect him. Thankfully that museum is pretty kid friendly. They have a discovery room for kids where I could finally sit down and let him go.
