Skyler’s first week of school was demanding in hours. It’s
easier for someone who is single to attend something from 7-9pm four nights in
a row! Thankfully that’s over and it shouldn’t be like that every week. We went
to the temple this weekend and were able to carpool with another couple. The
session we were going to attend was full, so we did sealings (sp?) instead. I
enjoyed thinking about our wedding day in the Columbia River Temple, how
beautiful and peaceful the temple is, and how we can give that blessing to
others who have passed away without it.
Pictures: Dad’s brand new goggles, trying on headbands at
the window, often when I take a picture Claire wants the camera so that’s why
she’s pointing, Claire discovered how to get into my makeup Caboodle (I know, I
still use one-is that a good or bad thing?), Claire loved eating strawberries
Sunday morning!, sorry it’s blurry but Claire was so happy pushing her doll
around the house on this empty cooler like a stroller, for FHE we were
listening to something so I thought it would be fun to introduce Claire to
crayons and taped a big piece of paper on our coffee table and all three of us
enjoyed drawing, hopefully this video works but Claire was playing with shampoo
bottles and our cooler and started dancing a bit. We hope you’re enjoying the
end of the summer too! Love, The Hebdons
