Happy Mother's Day

Our friend, we call her Grandma C,  who joined the church this December, spoke about the miracle of motherhood today. She shared a few quotes and thoughts from church literature, but spent much of her time highlighting the miracles of motherhood that she had seen since joining our ward. It was very encouraging and delightful to hear.

In a similar spirit, this video captured a precious moment of Todd fighting off sleep during Sunday school. One little miracle made possible by motherhood.

He usually shakes his head like that when he's excited to have our attention. Neither he nor I realized that he was tired until I started filming his excited head shakes, then he was out in a flash. 

Thank you mothers and mothers of mothers who made this little guy possible and showed us how to be parents.
