Happy Valentine's Day!

Waterfall braid. Why didn't I discover this years ago???

Grandma Quinn inspired us to make a Valentine Mandala from a CD

Todd and Claire love their little tables with art supplies to draw, cut, stick, color and glue as they please.

This is hard to see, but in the background you can see the giant mammoth statue because this is at the museum of natural history. I chaperoned a youth dance for the first time! I was the pregnant lady wearing the maxi dress and red lipstick! I told Skyler I wished that I could be an undercover leader and dance to all of the songs that I knew, but the bump kind of ruins that ;) It was a formal dance, so it was really fun looking at all of the dresses!

Little things like pink nails and a mini heart make me happy :)

Super hero stencils and colored pens
Trains and train tracks are a constant entertainment as well as conflict lol
Rice is a favorite sensory bin, especially when snowgies, knights and giraffes are involved

I love finding Valentine's on my pillow
My mom sent one of my childhood toys, a dragon marionette puppet. I'm glad it's easy to detangle. The kids love it when Skyler plays with it.
Todd made me a Valentine bracelet.

Instead of Santa's elves they're Valentine elves? busy at work

Todd is just old enough that I trust him with scissors (two and a half)
Todd fell asleep on Skyler! So cute, and Skyler was reading one of his childhood story books

More trains! I can see why people invest the money in all of the Thomas Train merchandise.
